The items will be shipped to the address provided when ordering.
The items in stock are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, the time to prepare your order and your invoice.
For items on order, the shipping time can vary between 1 to 8 weeks, depending on the dates on which we receive deliveries from our manufacturers. If you would like to know more precisely the delivery time for an item on order, please do not hesitate to contact us, specifying all the information for the chosen model.
In the event that your order includes items in stock AND items on order, they will be shipped together, once the items on order are received. If you want to quickly receive the items in stock, please order them separately.
An email message will be sent to you at the time of shipment of the items with the tracking link for the shipment of your item (s), provided that the email address specified when ordering is correct. Remember to save the address firstname.lastname@example.org in your contacts so that e-mail messages are not redirected to spam.
In order to limit delivery and packaging costs, we advise you to group your purchases.

Under article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of his order* to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons, nor to pay penalties, with the exception of the costs of returning the products concerned. Beyond this period of fourteen days, no return or exchange can be accepted. Return costs will be borne by the customer.
CAUTION The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift Cards
- Items that have been the subject of an order (out of stock)
- Personalized and custom size-made items
- Items on sale
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition. Please note, products that show signs of use will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
How to proceed ?
- Send a mail to email@example.com indicating your full contact details, the order number, the item you wish to return and the reasons. Specify if you want an exchange or a refund and in the case of an exchange, indicate the replacement item.
- Wait until you receive our return acceptance email.
- Carefully pack the item(s).
- Send your parcel to CNP Style, 25 rue Marivaux, 87100 Limoges.
PLEASE NOTE: the items travel under the customer's responsibility, so we recommend that you return them using a shipping method with tracking and insurance covering the price of the item.
Upon receipt of your package, the item(s) will be inspected. If your request is approved, we will refund your purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt of your package. In the event of an exchange, the replacement article will be sent to you at our expense and within the limit of one exchange per order.
